Privacy notice
Most of this site is an internal operations system rather than a shopfront. What sits behind the sign in includes loan agreements, earnings reports and compliance alerts, so this page names those rather than describing them as “business information”.
If you are a visitor
The public pages can be read without giving anything. Loading one creates an ordinary web server record: IP address, browser, page and time. Failed sign in attempts are recorded so repeated attacks can be blocked.
There is no analytics platform on this site, no advertising pixel and no cross-site tracking. If you use the contact form or ask to join the network, we receive what you typed and nothing gathered quietly alongside it.
What the internal system holds
Naming these is more useful than a paragraph about business records.

- Name, email address and profile fields for people with a login
A report can name a person, and it can be raised by a person who would rather not be named. Where a reporter asks to stay unnamed, that is respected as far as handling the matter allows, and where it cannot be, they are told before their name goes further rather than after.
These records are used to run the group and meet its obligations. They are not circulated beyond the people who need them, and they are never used for marketing or shared outside the group except where the law requires it.
Who else can see anything
- Namecheap
- Hosts the site and carries its mail. Can see everything stored here.
- Fluent Forms
- Runs all nine forms, including the loan, earnings, incident and compliance forms. Submissions stay on our own server, not a vendor cloud.
- Fluent Support
- Runs the support desk. Sees tickets and anything attached to them.
- FluentSMTP
- Sends mail through our own domain. No outside email platform handles it.
- Ultimate Member
- Runs accounts, profiles and the sign in gate.
- Ameen Systems
- Built and maintains the site over a cryptographically signed connection, reaching what an administrator reaches.
No analytics provider, no advertising network, no data broker. Nothing here is sold. Beyond that list, information leaves only where the law requires it, or where there is a genuine and immediate risk to someone’s safety.
Artificial intelligence
- Loan agreements, earnings reports, incident and compliance records are not sent to an AI service, and are not used as training material.
- No decision about a person or a business is automated. Loans, applications, incidents and compliance outcomes are decided by people.
- The site makes no AI calls. Nothing submitted here is passed to a model.
- The site was built with AI assisted tooling, and parts of this page were drafted with AI help and reviewed by a person.
How long records are kept
- Loan agreements and earnings reports
- For the life of the arrangement, then the period company, tax and accounting rules require
- Incident and compliance records
- Seven years, because a governance record is worth little if it is discarded early
- Network applications not taken up
- 24 months, then deleted
- Support tickets
- Three years, because history helps diagnose a recurring problem
- Accounts
- Until closed, then removed
- Server and sign in logs
- 30 days, then discarded
- Backups
- Rotated on a 30 day cycle, so a deletion takes one cycle to become final
What you can ask for
A copy of what is held about you, a correction, or deletion where no company, tax or accounting duty requires the record. Where a duty applies we will name it rather than leaving it vague. Write to privacy@ferrandindustries.com. We reply within thirty days and there is no charge.
This site is for business use and is not directed to children.
Changes
This page is revised when practice changes, when a provider that can see records is added, or when the law requires it. The effective date above reflects the current version, and anything material is told to the people affected directly.
